Wherever you see pictures on our site with this picture-frame border, you can click on that picture to open a larger version. The smaller ones are thumbnail or preview images. Once inside the larger picture view, notice you can move to next or previous images in that same album.

In some cases, the picture you see represents a whole collection or album of pictures grouped by that topic. Picture albums can contain other sub-albums. When you are inside a picture album, you'll see this "bread-crumb" navigation (shown below) in the upper-left that shows you where you're at, and allows you to click directly to another level of the album.
