Coffee Fellowship

Mission Statement
To organize, direct and monitor the coffee fellowship between services.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Procure servers and people to bring cookies for each Sunday.
  • See that supplies are purchased and stored.
    • Coffee (decaffeinated and regular) and filters
    • Sugar, sweetener and powdered cream
    • Cups and napkins
    • Powdered lemonade
    • Frozen orange juice
    • 2-liters bottles of lemon-lime soda pop
  • If sign-up sheet is used, servers and donators should be called and reminded midweek of their Sunday.
  • Prepare an instruction sheet for weekly volunteers.
  • Turn in bills to Church Treasurer for reimbursements.
  • Offer the fellowship to other areas of the church as a fundraiser.
