Mission Statement
To prepare and assist in serving the sacrament of communion at times established by the church calendar and on other occasions as requested by the clergy.
General Responsibilities
Maintain, in good order, all equipment used in serving the sacrament (linens, chalices, etc).
To work with clergy staff in serving the sacrament in the manner requested by the clergy.
Responsibilities of the Chairperson
Call and chair meetings as needed.
To see that communion materials are available and properly prepared, presented and served.
Attend Worship Coordinating Council (4x per year) and complete yearly budget requests.
Arrange for persons to serve communion during the services, if requested.
